Wall Street, being a real estate office, requires a space that considers functionality and circulation above all, which is exactly how it has been designed. The interior is composed of a modern and sleek design with a pop of color to provide some playfulness into the workspace. The workflow of the space has been kept mainly open and flowy, allowing for collaborative spaces to be easily formed between the employees. In order to engage in client consultations, private glass meeting rooms with soundproofing have been established. Seating areas are also present so that clients may easily discuss their projects with the employees in an open space if required.
