House No.03 : House Number 3 is designed by merging rustic and modern styles together and creating a form that is extremely welcoming and cosy. Materials such as fair-faced concrete and wood have been utilised to enhance the form. The outermost section located on the first floor hosts a covered terrace that also acts a porch for the ground floor. This section has been highlighted by using concrete as well as a wall-mounted spotlight, thus allowing the form to stand out during both day and night. Wooden louvers have also been added to provide texture and a sense of privacy from the passerbys. A green roof is also present, establishing a very nature-inspired look for the structure.
Screen House: Staying true to its name, Screen House utilises a wooden screen throughout its facade, allowing it be the main focus. The design merges both traditional and modern styles through its use of materials and and form, thus making it stand out from its nearby context. Travertine is used as its main building material, with wooden screens and glass as added materials, adding visual interest. Wall mounted as well as recessed spotlights are added to allow for the screens to be highlighted during the night as well. Metal louvers are added to the terrace and boundary walls to allow for privacy while also not compromising the views.
White Cube: Inspired by the modern style, the White Cube utilises geometric lines and cubic forms within its design. The color palette on the facade has been kept simple, consisting of various tones of gray as well as brown as a pop of color. Materials such as concrete tiles and wood have been used so as to remain local while also retaining a sophisticated exterior. The focal point of the form, however, is the plain-faced cube on the outermost section of the structure that is highlighted by the use of wall-mounted spotlights as well. Double heighted windows are used, with a terrace acting as shaded porch as well. The terrace remains semi-covered, with a double heighted wooden roof with certain voids to provide texture, view of the sky and visual interest while ensuring privacy as well.
