The Imran Saleem house, located in Bahria Enclave, has been designed in an extremely modernistic style with an elegant and luxurious look. As the plot was located on top of a hill, it was important to consider the terrain while implementing them within the design. The house starts with access to the ground floor, the entrance being double heighted and grand. Upon entering, one is greeted by the open living and dining area, while also having the option of being guided into the private guest/dining area right next to the entrance. The ground floor also hosts one master bedroom, dry plus open kitchen and stairs leading to the upper and lower floors, with the option of a lift as well. Going down to the lower ground floor, this as been designated mainly for the gests, consisting of entertainment such as access to the pool, a cinema room, a bar along with two guest beds. As the clients were highly fond of their cars, a glass window separates the car porch from the open, lower space, thus letting them view it whenever they please. Going ahead to the first floor, this space is open to three living rooms, one open and two private. It also consists of an open gym with access to a terrace as well to enjoy views peacefully. The two private living rooms each consist of their own set of stairs going to a mezzanine floor that holds their private bedrooms. Through the lift, the rood garden can also be accessed. The interior has kept modern, with use of marble with gold accents, comfortable furnishing complimenting them. Lighting fixtures have been kept ambient and moody, with natural sunlight beaming in as well. Exterior-wise, the landscaping mainly been focused on the contoured terrain, thus implementing multiple stairs that felt like a beautiful walk down. Overall, The Imran Saleem house has been cleverly designed in a way that maximises views, privacy, and aims for space-efficiency while also enhancing the modernity and luxury.
