Kosheela House falls into a quite contemporary design style, using materials such as glass, wood and travertine. Windows have been utilised considerably, with even double heighted windows being added. This allows for maximum amount of natural light to enter the house while also ensuring natural views, thus enhancing the experience. Heights have been kept varying, allowing for the elevation to become more visually interesting and less stagnant. The porch overhead has also been utilised as a balcony, thus making sure that no space has been wasted.
