Showcasing a partitioned duplex located in Bahria Enclave, the houses have been designed in a modernistic style through its form and usage of materials. The facade utilises simplistic wall with wooden accents and metal railings. Greenery has also benen integrated by the addition of hanging plants and landscaped areas. Each unit of the duplex is provided with their own entrance, along with being visibly partitioned from the centre, allowing for privacy. Balconies have been provided for the occupants to enjoy the fresh views of Bahria Enclave as well as natural sunlight to enter the interior through the large windows.
