Details:

Implementing a minimalist design, this 5 marla house subtractions made within its cubic form to allow for an interesting elevation. The ground floor has been subtracted, establishing space for a shaded porch that also secondly acts as a balcony for the first floor. A slight extrusion has been added around the first floor window, made of black stone bricks and acting as a feature that not only highlights the window but also adds visual interest. Recessed lighting in the form of spotlights have also been added in said extrusion to further add an ambience that is enhanced during night time.
