Representing a real estate firm, the aim was to design a comfortable space for the employees to work in with ease. The color palette chosen is soft, choosing light tones of green along with light-colored wood that establishes a calming and soothing environment for the employees. The office is quite open-spaced, with each area flowing into the other, thus keeping closed spaces to a minimum. Wooden dividers with gaps have been used to separate spaces with enough visual connection to not make it feel small and completely closed off. Warm panel lightings and spotlights upon false ceilings have been used so as to enhance a comfortable ambience. Marble flooring and plain white walls have been used for a clean and elegant look while complimenting the brightly colored furniture. Space-optimisation has been highly considered while placing desks and tables to ensure for smooth flow and comfortable distances for working.
