Representing a real estate office, it was important to establish an office that is welcoming for clients as well as being an effective portrayal of the brand’s identity. In order to execute this properly, the color palette was kept simple and to the point, inspired by Emerald’s logo, and thus leading to the choice of the color green with gold accents along with beige and brown to compliment. Upon entering, one is welcomed by a small waiting plus reception area, furnished with comfortable seating and illustrious artworks hanging upon the wall. This space has been kept separated through the use of small dividers that do not hinder any visual connection with the other areas but provides an invisible barrier instead. Going further ahead, employees desks and casual areas available for discussion can be seen, each embellished with furniture that best compliments its space and use. Glass rooms are provided for privacy during client consultations and meetings. The use of wood can be seen in the furniture, false ceilings and shelving’s in order to compliment the ongoing theme present within the office. Spotlights and recessed lighting are implemented to allow for optimum lighting within the working space. Overall, the space has been kept quite open and flexible, providing maximum functionality and availability for collaborative spaces.
